Kitchen
Top drawer under hob. 5 saucepans with lids, one milk pan, 2 frying pans.
Second drawer under hob. 2 small pyrex casserole dishes and one large one.
2 small pyrex bowls and one large one, one plastic bowl, 1 plastic strainer and 2 lasagne trays.
Various clip-top plastic containers, freezer bags, cling-film and kitchen foil.
1 large serving plate.Top drawer. 8 each: knives, dessert knives, forks, dessert forks, dessert spoons, soup spoons, tea spoons. 6 sundae spoons and 2 table spoons.
Carving knife, carving fork, tin opener, bottle opener/cork-screw, potato peelers, cheese hatchet and meat thermometer.2nd drawer. 14 side-plates, 14 large dinner-plates, 2 small dinner plates, 5 saucers and 2 plain tea-cups.
3rd drawer. 6 soup bowls, 4 large pasta bowls, 3 small pasta bowls, 8 ramekins.
Bottom drawer. 6 egg-cups, toast rack, small jug, grater, food thermometer, small pestle and mortar, hand whisk, rolling pin, cookie cutters, knife sharpener, tea strainer and fat separator.
Oven. Grill pan, baking trays, cake and tart tins, bread tin and a large stainless-steel casserole.
Top of oven. Liquidiser, food processor, 2 cafetieres, electric coffee percolator and flour bin.
Work top / shelves. Food containers, set of chopping boards, herbs and spices, biscuit barrel, microwave oven, 4-slice toaster, DAB/FM radio, espresso machine, knife rack with 5 knives, serving spoons, strainers, spatulas, wooden spoons, tongs, kitchen scissors, bread boards and bread knife. 9 mugs and two cake tins.
Wall cupboard. 7 mugs, 6 white wine glasses, 6 red wine glasses, 6 tumblers, 4 pint glasses, tea and coffee.. (More glasses in the wooden cabinet in the sun room).
Cabinet. 6 china cups and saucers, cake plate and slop bowl. Electronic weighing machine. Drawers contain napkins, coasters and tea-towels.
Lower cupboards. Cleaning products, dishwasher tablets salt and rinse-aid, potato bin, oils and sauces.
Bathroom
Wall cabinet. Oral-B toothbrush charger, first-aid kit.
Airing cupboard. Towels, spare kitchen roll, spare pillows, microwave hot water bottle.
Box. Spare toilet rolls.
Window sill. Hair dryer, illuminated mirror, anti-bac wipes.
Utility room.
Washing machine, dryer, washing detergent pods, fabric conditioner, drying rack, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and bag of bed-clothes for bed-settee.
Shelves. Spare bulbs and batteries, vacuum cleaner bags, iron, torch, battery lantern, firelighters, fly screen and fly spray.
Sitting room.
Bed-settee, recliner arm-chair, upright arm-chair, chair, tables, satellite TV with HDMI input, "smart" TV box with DVD/Blu ray player, stereo system with FM radio - bluetooth and CD player, wood-burning stove with peltier fan, electric coal-effect fire, table lamp, chest of games and pastimes. Pictures on wall, horse-brasses, clock and nick-nacks on mantelpiece.
Book-cases. Selection of books for all tastes, local maps and guides, selection of DVDs.
Hall
Internet router, electric supply cabinet, fire extinguisher, emergency light, hand-held vacuum cleaner, coat stand, shoe rack, thermometer, key shelf and vase of cloth flowers.
Sun Room
Three arm chairs, rocking chair, two garden chairs, cabinet containing glasses, plastic bags, magazines etc. Fan for use outside. Fan heater.
Single bedroom
Single bed, electric blanket, desk, bedside table, bedside lamp, satellite TV, clock radio, fan heater, book-case and wardrobe.
Small double
Double bed, electric blanket, clothes hanger, dressing table, set of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets with lights, DAB clock radio, fan heater.
Main bedroom
King-size bed, electric blanket, bedside cabinets with lamps, DAB clock radio, desk, dressing table, wooden chair, stool, laundry basket, TV with satellite box, cooling fan, fan heater, 2 armchairs, chest of drawers, hanger rail, suitcase table.
